What are your standard delivery charges for garden furniture?
Delivery charges for bulky items like garden furniture are calculated based on your postcode. We offer free local delivery within a 10-mile radius of the centre for orders over £50.
Can I return a plant if it is not suitable for my garden?
We offer a 5-year guarantee on all hardy nursery plants. If a plant fails to thrive despite proper care, you can return it with your receipt for a replacement or a credit note.
Do you offer a Click & Collect service?
Yes, you can shop online and select the Click & Collect option at checkout. Most orders are ready for pickup at our main information desk within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as PayPal and Chessington Garden Centre gift vouchers.
Are your outdoor furniture sets weather-resistant?
Most of our furniture is crafted from high-quality synthetic rattan or powder-coated aluminum designed to withstand the elements, though we recommend using a protective cover during winter months.
Do you provide a landscaping or garden design service?
While we do not offer full-scale landscaping, our expert horticulturists are available in-store to provide free advice on plant selection and garden layout to help you achieve your vision.
