At Chessington Garden Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return most items within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit our information desk in-store with your original proof of purchase to begin the returns process.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all products are in their original, resaleable condition and securely packed in their original packaging, including all tags and instruction manuals.

  Drop Off or Collection

  Small items can be returned directly to our service desk, while larger garden furniture or fragile items may require a scheduled collection arranged by our logistics team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
